Adult:
Usually the Initial dose of this product for hypertension treatment is 5mg, once a day, and the maximum dose is 10mg, once a day.
For patients who are small, weak, elderly, or with hepatic insufficiency, the initial dose is 2.5mg once a day; this dose can also be used in combination with other antihypertensive drugs.
Dosage adjustment should be based on individual patient response and target blood pressure. Generally, you should wait 7-14 days before adjusting steps. Dose adjustments can also be made quickly if clinically warranted, with close patient monitoring.
